The Paraty Journey

Paraty, 2014. A dream began, and so also many expectations.

Winter in the Swiss mountains, hearing a not-so-easy-to-understand version of a familiar language...

Watching landscapes and nature, pondering life and purpose, I decided to end the Paraty journey.

After years of learning and cherished memories, I feel the quest for purpose, a strong fire inside me, a strange intuition pushing me toward an unknown path, urging me to do something new.

I remember wanting to change the world, to reach for the stars.

Perhaps now, it is not that simple.

Perhaps now, it is not even necessary.

I enjoyed ten years of bootstrapping with the misfits, the crazy ones and the dreamers—the ones who dare to create.

Then came an unexpected, beautiful icy place, with dark, snowy winters that guided me to question life's purpose.

And I realized I want something different.

I am still not sure what it is,

but I am walking toward it.

Five countries in less than two years means

double the excitement, double the exhaustion.

Fragrances, to me, are like time—both future and present.

They taught me things I did not know.

They inspired me to learn and create.

Here is to uncertainty,

to stress and excitement,

to being a beginner again—

and not knowing what comes next.

But here is also to dreaming big and daring to make mistakes.
